Happy Friday (almost)! A few things for you today...
1. I recorded this video for you today (or yesterday, depending when you read this) about further tips for pain management, based on a talk my cancer coaching friend Theo Hanson gave. I touched on four tips for relieving pain and three causes of pain.
Note: I spoke about my cancer dietitian friend Dacia Breeden who works with cancer patients but didn't know what her website was in the video. Her website is a work in progress as she just published it recently but hopefully she'll have some blog posts up soon, and you can sign up for her newsletters at the bottom of her home page here! 😊
2. Podcast update: A few weeks ago I was interviewed by Kathryn Gordon, wife of the motivational speaker and Wallstreet Journal and international bestselling author Jon Gordon who helped me start thinking positively the day after I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer! I am fond of the Gordon family as they've had a special part in my cancer journey and they continue to inspire me to live a positive, joyful and healthy lifestyle daily. 😊 Here's the link to the interview if you're interested in listening.
