Be Empowered with HealingStrong's New App! :)

How have you been? Happy Wednesday! It's been really warm and sunny here in NY, and for that I'm really grateful. I hope you've been warm and well also - if not, here's a virtual hug if you need one. :)

Yesterday my friends at HealingStrong just released a brand new

and I'm excited to share it with you! Everything HealingStrong does they do well, and their app is no exception. Their website and app share some of the same information, but one of the benefits of having the app on your phone is a more user-friendly group map to find a support group in your area. This is the heart of the organization!

Something unique to the app is also a section with audio clips from HealingStrong's first live conference in 2013 (under "Health Talks"). If you (like me) were not there live for the conference then this may be something you'd want to check out. I haven't heard the entirety of all the talks but what I did hear was similar to the messages I've heard previously from the speakers, and I trust that they, in their entirety, are informative and helpful!

Each week in the foreseeable future HealingStrong will be adding an additional recipe, healing story, affirmation or other helpful resource to the app. Each of these are shareable and on most you can take notes. It's pretty cool!

Many of us meet people every week who are struggling with cancer, and this app can help connect them with others who are fighting the same fight, looking for more natural ways of healing and seeking help from God (which, when dealing with cancer especially, most of us know we need)!
