Now... I am wondering who of you might be looking for some support, encouragement and accountability in your exercise routine??
Around this time of year some people may be tempted to give up on their diet and lifestyle because of all the holiday treats advertised in commercials, stores, social media, parties, etc...
For those who are actively healing from cancer or preventing a recurrence and may be spending a lot of time at home with less community than most, I know what it feels like to be home alone and lonely! I know that the costs in healing holistically stack up really quickly, so maybe this could be for you too?
The way this idea came to me is that my exercise routine has not been as good as I'd like it to be in the last year or so, with my gyms having a water heater break, moving farther away and closing. 😟 I was praying about what to do about it and had a thought that maybe some people would be interested in a virtual group workout following a video on YouTube from the comfort of their own homes? With no requirements for a gym membership, no (or very little) equipment, no makeup ;) and with sweats, puffy eyes and bedhead welcome. 😁 Sounded like a win-win-win-win to me, but what about you? Right now I can't commit to more than once per week, but that could change in the future.
By the way, I'm sorry guys, but this is for ladies only. 😟 Please let me know if you are interested in a community of your own though and I'll connect you with others who are also interested!!
